What changed

Replace the three hero buttons with two.
Make “Buy a Ticket” the primary button.
Link ticket sales to Eventer.
Keep “Become a Sponsor” as the secondary button.

Checks

Built the site with Hugo 0.115.1.
Checked the desktop hero in a browser.
Confirmed the sponsor button opens /sponsor.
Confirmed the Eventer ticket page returns HTTP 200.
