No behaviour change. A pipeline source and each intersection operand now go through one step, CompileRelation, which gives the plan node and columns of what the source reads, and the names in scope while a pipeline is compiled live together in one Scope. Also renames MacroRewriteBuilder to RewriteTree, as syntaqlite calls these rewrites.

No behaviour change. Groundwork for pipelines as subqueries:
CompileRelation: a pipeline source and each intersection operand now go through one step, which gives the plan node and columns of what the source reads. A pipeline read by another will be one more kind of relation there.Scope: the names in scope while a pipeline is compiled (the operator, the row and the aliases) live together, so a nested pipeline can get a scope of its own.CompilePipeline: compiling a whole pipeline is a method of the compiler.RewriteTree: renamed fromMacroRewriteBuilder, as syntaqlite calls these rewrites, and pipelines will be rewrites too.
