0.11.0 renamed macro rewrites to rewrites, since a dialect's host can now expand parsed nodes too: syntaqlite_result_macro_count and syntaqlite_result_macro_rewrite_at are syntaqlite_result_rewrite_count and syntaqlite_result_rewrite_at, SyntaqliteMacroRewrite is SyntaqliteRewrite, and SYNTAQLITE_MACRO_PARENT_SOURCE is SYNTAQLITE_REWRITE_PARENT_SOURCE. 0.12.0 expands such nodes once their statement is parsed, and generates the same keyword tables on every run. 0.12.1 lets the expander read the statement's root, even for the first statement of a source. Update the parser and the analysis source tree to the new names, bump the CLI and npm pins, and regenerate the vendored parser.

Rolls syntaqlite from 0.10.1 to 0.12.1.
0.11.0 renamed macro rewrites to rewrites, since a dialect's host can now expand parsed nodes too (which pipeline subqueries use):
syntaqlite_result_macro_countsyntaqlite_result_rewrite_countsyntaqlite_result_macro_rewrite_atsyntaqlite_result_rewrite_atSyntaqliteMacroRewriteSyntaqliteRewriteSYNTAQLITE_MACRO_PARENT_SOURCESYNTAQLITE_REWRITE_PARENT_SOURCE0.12.0 expands such nodes once their statement is parsed, so the host sees the whole statement, and generates the same keyword tables on every run. 0.12.1 lets the expander read the statement's root, even for the first statement of a source (needed for pipelines reading outer CTEs).
This updates the parser and the analysis source tree to the new names, bumps the CLI and npm pins (
tools/roll_syntaqlite 0.12.1 --regen), and regenerates the vendored parser. No behaviour change.
