Basic support for TC337 CPU and starter kit (https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/promopages/AURIX-microcontroller-boards/AURIX-TC3xx-TriBoards/AURIX-TriBoard-TC337-5V-with-socket/).
Tested with blinky sample under
samples/basic/blinkyand tricore open source compiler (this release that includes bugfix for LD linker).
