Summary

Promotes dev to main so the v0.4.50 release can be re-tagged on a commit that includes #1389. The original v0.4.50 run (39110458854) failed three times in Build (macos-x64) because the macOS stapler lost its CloudKit connection. Nothing was uploaded or published.

Related Issue

Refs #1388, which #1389 closed. This is a release task with no issue of its own.

Type of Change

  • chore: maintenance or tooling

What Changed

  • One commit on top of main: ci(release): retry Tauri's macOS app staple and log its output (#1389). It touches only .github/workflows/release.yml.

Summary by cubic

Promotes dev to main so the v0.4.50 release can be re-tagged on a commit that includes #1389. The original release attempt failed three times in Build (macos-x64) because the macOS stapler lost its CloudKit connection; nothing was uploaded or published.

  • .github/workflows/release.yml shadows xcrun so stapler staple retries with backoff and logs output, and fails the build when the staple never ran.

Written for commit 1637fe4. Summary will update on new commits.
