Marshmallow

For XOWA to work, Marshmallow appears to require an explicit permission grant. I had to do the following on an LG G4:

• Install the xowa.apk
• Open the "Settings" app
• Click on the "Apps" tab
• Select the "XOWA" app
• Select the "Permissions" tab
• Slide the "Storage" to enabled

Also, Marshmallow now maps the External SD card to "/storage/8-letter-uid/". In contrast, Lollipop mapped it to "storage/external_SD/"
