Release 0.2.0

This bumps the version from 0.1.2 to 0.2.0. It's the first npm release since 0.1.2 (March).

What's in 0.2.0 (already on main):

• x402 pay-per-call mode, with a bundled metric catalog (glassnode-api 0.8.2 + x402 pay-per-call (full mode, bundled catalog) #7).
• Charts: colored axes, draw order, log view improvements (Upgrade deps, migrate to vitest, improve chart & logging #5). They also stay on screen and fit their pane in VS Code, iTerm2 and kitty (Charts in VS Code/kitty: stay on screen, fit their pane; table fits its pane (ink-uplot 0.2.14) #13).
• Table view fits its pane (Charts in VS Code/kitty: stay on screen, fit their pane; table fits its pane (ink-uplot 0.2.14) #13).
• glassnode-api 1.0.0 (Upgrade glassnode-api to 1.0.0; recover rate-limited startup metadata #22). Startup now loads all metric metadata despite the API's rate limit, instead of silently losing about 16% of it. Point-in-time metric variants no longer leak into the list.
• ink-uplot 0.2.16.
• Dependencies bumped, pnpm 11, supply-chain settings in pnpm-workspace.yaml (Bump dependencies (incl. glassnode-api 0.29.3), migrate to pnpm 11 #9).
• CI on Node 22 and 24, Dependabot (Add CI (Node 22 + 24) and Dependabot config; refresh CLAUDE.md #11), and a publish workflow on version tags (CI: publish to npm and cut a GitHub Release on version tags #23).

In this PR:

• version: 0.1.2 → 0.2.0.
• engines.node: >=18 → >=22. That's what ink 7 and glassnode-api 1.0 require. The README is updated to match.
• License: MIT → Apache 2.0. Adds the official LICENSE text and a NOTICE file, which is added to files so it ships in the npm package.

Verification

• tsc passes, 43 tests pass, and pnpm audit is clean. CI runs on Node 22 and 24.
• The package itself: npm pack contains only dist/, LICENSE, NOTICE, package.json and README.md (58 files). I installed that tarball into a clean directory. It resolves glassnode-api 1.0.0 and ink-uplot 0.2.16, and the CLI runs on Node 22.14 and 24.10.
• A live run of the installed package in a pseudo-terminal, API-key mode, in VS Code and iTerm2 modes: the UI renders, a chart shows, and a resize redraws it cleanly, with no stale image cells and intact pane borders.
• Two earlier independent reviews found it safe to publish.

After merging

Push the tag v0.2.0 on the merge commit. publish.yml then publishes to npm through trusted publishing and creates the GitHub Release.
