Description

Add a GitHub Copilot skill for Tree Ring Memory, a local-first memory lifecycle layer for coding agents. The skill covers when to recall, when to remember, evidence-backed memory capture, audit/maintenance, forgetting, source adapters, and privacy boundaries.
