This was the only git-pkgs repo consuming
git-pkgs/licensesandgit-pkgs/spdxwithout dependabot, so license data updates in those modules never arrived without a manual bump. Config matches the one used across the other repos in the org: weekly gomod and github-actions updates.The
go-git/go-billyreplace directives ingo.modare unaffected; dependabot skips replaced modules and updates the rest.
