One clause added to EXP-18, in both
docs/anddocs-site/. The 35% cascade gate reuses dgem's earlier raw-entropy default (0.35 nats, EXP-04/05) on the normalized scale. It is not one of the Studio hesitation bands (16% / 50%), and it was fixed before the data was seen. On the mizan runs it sits at the knee of the accuracy-vs-escalation curve.
