www: fix zh-CN translation errors from linguistic review - #143

Two real mistranslations: "peer dependency" was rendered as "same-version dependency" (对等依赖 is correct), and the Library tab on scenario pages read as "code repository" instead of "library" (代码库 → 库). Also: kept "monorepo" as the conventional untranslated loanword instead of a literal "单体仓库" (which risks reading as "monolithic architecture"); disambiguated footer "Release notes" from nav "Changelog" (both were rendering as identical Chinese text pointing at different links); standardized "contract" on 契约 instead of 约定 (which reads closer to "convention"); and a few punctuation/phrasing polish items. Summary
Follow-up to #142. Had an independent model pass do a native-level linguistic review of the zh-CN strings (I'm not a native speaker myself, so treat this as a strong first-pass QA, not a substitute for an actual bilingual person's sign-off before this is fully customer-facing).
Two real mistranslations fixed:
hero.labelPeerDep: "同版本依赖" (same-version dependency) → "对等依赖" — the original wrongly implied peer deps must match an identical version rather than satisfy a version rangescenarioPage.tabLibrary: "代码库" (code repository) → "库" — was conflating "library" with an unrelated concept, confusing next to the sibling "CLI"/"Jest" tabsPlus polish:
