release new version of gem with optional sucker_punch

Hey @grantspeelman, thanks for reaching out. Is this dependency preventing you from adding the gem because its locked to an older version of sucker_punch? Upon review, this gemspec needs a bit of love to move into 2020.

Hey @grantspeelman, I'll push to get a new version of the gem reviewed and deployed by the team over the next week or so. This version will include #59 among other changes.
