feat: omp 18.10.1 compatibility (docs/version update) - #14

Surface UNCHANGED across v18.10.0+v18.10.1: no extension-context member, event, theme field, or session-JSONL schema change; pi-tui breaking removals are compile-time-unreachable (zero @oh-my-pi imports). Gates: typecheck ok, 62/62 tests. Formatter sim exact-matches suite-approved strings incl. the omp 18.10.1 - sl 0.8.3 stamp probe. Version depictions synced (README row + hero.svg tspan); 18.10.x run archived in docs/COMPATIBILITY.md.
