Foreground subagent dispatch returned an unrelated run's final report (context bleed; task never executed) #112

Repro: pi session (cwd ~/local-dev/bug-bounty), 2026-09-04. Dispatch: subagent(agent:"general-purpose", skills:[firecrawl-scrape,firecrawl-interact], maxTurns:30, task:<Immunefi board-pull scrape task>) — plain foreground dispatch, no todoId.

Actual: child returned a final report about a completely different project ("P2 分支已合并至 main (PR #110)... 919/919 tests passed... waiting for P3 plan" — a fleet-presentation repo task, CJK script). Fleet language-drift guard fired (64% CJK, ref #88). ZERO work from the assigned task: no files written, no scrape attempted.

Expected: the dispatch executes the given task in the given cwd and returns its own transcript/result.

Suspected: run-result bleed or stale-run reuse on the foreground dispatch path (result delivered from wrong runId), or the agent resolved to a stale session context.

Impact: silent wrong-result delivery — controller nearly consumed an unrelated report as its task output. Fail-loudly (error) would be safer than fail-wrongly.

Environment: pi coding agent, macOS, armory-fleet via getpipher packages.
