Adds streaming IN (SELECT ...) and NOT IN (SELECT ...) subquery support to dozer-sql by extracting top-level InSubquery predicates in select_to_pipeline and routing each subquery output into a two-port InSubqueryProcessor (dozer-sql/src/selection/in_subquery.rs). The processor retains left-side records and reference-counts right-side membership keys (including SQL NULL semantics for IN and NOT IN) so Insert, Delete, Update, and BatchInsert operations on either input emit the appropriate downstream operations. Includes unit tests in dozer-sql/src/selection/in_subquery.rs, pipeline builder tests in dozer-sql/src/builder/tests.rs, and SQL logic test suites in dozer-tests/src/sql_tests/full/in_subquery.test and prototype/in_subquery.test.

Fixes #1659
