Description
A project created from
masterwithcreateProject.jsdoes not deploy: the standard template still depends onmapstore-services1.13-SNAPSHOT(Spring 7.0.8) whilemasteris at1.14-SNAPSHOT, and the GeoStore war brings Spring 7.0.9. The war ends up with both versions and Tomcat refuses it randomly:Root cause:
cut_major_branch.yml,pre_release.ymlandpost_release.ymlrunversions:set-propertyonproject/standard/templates/web/pom.xml, butmapstore-services.versionis defined inproject/standard/templates/pom.xml(moved there in #10015). The command silently does nothing, so the template had to be aligned by hand every time (#12708, #12711, #12731).The template version itself is aligned on
masteronly in #13043, since stable branches use a differentmapstore-servicesversion. This PR can be backported as is.Changes:
project/standard/templates/pom.xmlINITIAL_ADMIN_PASSWORDin the project creation guide and add Windows (cmd/ PowerShell /setenv.bat) examplesPlease check if the PR fulfills these requirements

createProject.jsfrommaster, building it and starting the backend withINITIAL_ADMIN_PASSWORDset: with1.14-SNAPSHOT(see #13043) the war deploys,adminwith the configured password logs in (200),admin:adminand wrong passwords are refused (401).mvn versions:set-property -f project/standard/templates/pom.xml ...verified on a copy of the template.
