No longer possible to Delete MS extensions in DEV

It is no longer possible to Delete the extension.

How to reproduce

Open a context wizard (Sample: https://dev-mapstore.geosolutionsgroup.com/mapstore/#/context/context_srping)
Click on "Configure Plugins"
Search "SampleExtension"
Click on Delete

Expected Result

The extension is deleted successfully.

Current Result

The extension is not deleted with an error in console.

Error on console:

DELETE https://dev-mapstore.geosolutionsgroup.com/mapstore/rest/config/uninstallPlugin/SampleExtension 500 (500)

Checked permission to the data dir, and it's not an issue

Tested with find ... chmod a+rw {} and yet it didn't work.

Mapstore complains of build time parameter during the error.

I believe this is spring 7 upgrade issue, possibly need <parameters>true</parameters> to compiler configuration or fix at the controller level.
