chore(deps): bump patch/minor dependencies - #51

dayjs, vue, @fortawesome/vue-fontawesome, axios, eslint-plugin-vue, prettier, sass - all within their current major version, no breaking changes expected. axios kept exact-pinned (no ^) matching its existing security-conscious pin style. Excludes every dependency with a major-version bump available (26 total per `pnpm outdated`, 19 of them major) - those need isolated upgrade work with targeted manual verification, not a blanket bump. Highest risk is bootstrap-vue-next 0.25->1.0: this app has already hit silent breaking changes in this exact library twice during the Vue2 migration (BTable filter API, navbar dark-theme prop) and once more this session (missing BFormDatepicker), so a 0.x->1.0 major needs its own dedicated PR with full manual QA, not a batch bump.

Summary
Step 1 of a dependency-update plan: the safe patch/minor batch from `pnpm outdated` (26 packages total, 19 of them major-version bumps).
Bumped: `dayjs`, `vue` (patch only), `@fortawesome/vue-fontawesome` (3.2→3.3), `axios` (1.18.0→1.20.0, kept exact-pinned matching its existing security-conscious pin style), `eslint-plugin-vue`, `prettier`, `sass`. All stay within their current major version.
Deliberately excluded: every major-version bump (FontAwesome 6→7, Tiptap 2→3, the Vite/Vitest toolchain, ESLint toolchain, jsdom 24→30, Pinia 2→4, vue-router 4→5, and especially `bootstrap-vue-next` 0.25→1.0). This app has already hit silent breaking changes in `bootstrap-vue-next` twice during the Vue2→Vue3 migration (BTable's dropped filter API, the navbar dark-theme prop) and once more this session (a nonexistent ``), so major bumps — especially that one — need their own isolated PR with targeted manual verification, not a batch update.
