09-bom-reeftemp-sst: Demonstrates how to access and analyze sea surface temperature (SST) data from the ZARR dataset of BOM - ReefTemp Sea Surface Temperature. The notebook provides methods to plot SST-related variables and high-resolution SST data for the Great Barrier Reef.10-bom-reeftemp-dhd: Demonstrates how to access and analyze degree heating days (DHD) data from the ZARR dataset of BOM - ReefTemp Degree Heating Days. The notebook includes functions to plottimedalta64type variables and other general variables from ZARR. The dataset provides high-resolution DHD data for the Great Barrier Reef.
