Summary

preserve HTTP status/details from App Store Connect failures
skip only missing TestFlight feedback collections so one unavailable kind does not fail the whole sync
keep other HTTP failures fatal

Validation

python3 -m py_compile ci_scripts/testflight_feedback_to_issues.py
focused import-level check for a 404 betaFeedbackCrashSubmissions skip path
