Install PhysiCell Studio 2.47.3 from Test Tool Shed repository rheiland/physicell_studio (revision 61d60b7cab02) on test.galaxyproject.org.

Installation sequence for tool-installers

  • Inspect the automatic Test tool installation summary for the expected changes
  • Merge this PR if the test installation succeeded
  • Inspect the post-merge Deploy tools to CVMFS summary and bot result comment

Approved. Randy confirmed that the jump from 0.17.1 to 2.47.3 intentionally aligns the tool version with PhysiCell Studio’s upstream versioning; the installation checks passed.
