PR #130 deleted the stale hand-maintained CHANGELOG.md. Release notes are generated by GoReleaser (.goreleaser.yaml changelog section) into each GitHub Release, but nothing documents that GitHub Releases is now the single source of release notes.
Add a short note to README.md stating that release notes live on the GitHub Releases page, are generated by GoReleaser from Conventional Commits, and that there is no CHANGELOG.md.
