Tags can't exceed 50 chars on Linode... Well, not practical but that' life.
Linode deleteInstanceServerOnStop in state was undefined so far, but enforced as Manager options are now removed. Since existing Linode state didn't define this input, our Linode instances wouldn't start as provisioning step was skipped as per missing flag. Same issue on stop. Now we enforce this on Linode even if unset in state.
