Overview
This Dependabot PR updates prometheus-to-sd module dependencies and the checked-in vendor/ tree—there are no changes to application Go source outside vendored copies.

go.mod raises the module go directive from 1.20 to 1.25.0 and bumps indirect golang.org/x/* packages, notably golang.org/x/net 0.23.0 → 0.55.0, plus matching x/sys, x/term, and x/text versions reflected in go.sum.

The vendored golang.org/x/net refresh is dominated by HTTP/2 and context shims: legacy pre–Go 1.7 context implementations are removed in favor of thin wrappers around the standard library; http2 gains RFC 9218-style prioritization, read-idle PING health checks, net/http.HTTP2Config merging, optional delegation to net/http on Go 1.27+, and assorted framing/protocol hardening. httpguts header token validation is adjusted for byte-level checks.

Builds in this repo use -mod=vendor (Makefile/Dockerfile); reviewers should confirm the new go 1.25.0 line is compatible with the Dockerfile’s golang:1.22.2 builder image, since that mismatch is introduced alongside the dependency bump.
