Overview
Updates apps/functional_chat/package-lock.json so transitive js-yaml resolves to 4.3.0 (from 4.1.0), mainly via ESLint / @eslint/eslintrc. There are no app source changes.

4.3.0 backports the maxTotalMergeKeys loader option to cap YAML merge (<<) processing during load() / loadAll(), addressing merge-related abuse.

The lockfile diff also reflects a fresh install: several optional/peer trees (e.g. canvas, ts-node) are dropped, root package entries show latest → * for some specifiers, and js-yaml picks up MIT / funding metadata.
