地の文の hover（青）が要素の数のぶん詳細度で勝っていて、todo の中の リンクだけ hover で青くなっていた。4種それぞれに hover / focus を足し、 色はその note の色のまま下線を 2px にする。訪問済みは紫のまま。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

note の中のリンクが hover で青に変わっていたのを、色を動かさず下線の太さだけで返す形にします。
何が起きていたか
静止時はその note の色（例: warn なら
#7B6D18）ですが、hover で地の文の青（#0072E5）に変わっていました。#167 で入れた地の文の hover が、要素の数のぶん詳細度で勝っていたためです。.rst-content section p a:hover（地の文）.rst-content .admonition-todo a（静止の色。#161）todoの note だけで起きます。.admonition.noteのような2つのクラスを持つ形は静止の色が勝つので、そちらでは起きていませんでした（実測でもnoteは hover でも色が変わりません）。変更

ブログも同じで、note の中では色は「その note のものである」ことだけを担い、反応は線の太さが返します。
