上付きなのに本文とほとんど同じ大きさで、地の文の中で数字が目立っていました。ブログの上付き（
sub/supの0.75em）と同じ比にします。上付きの作り（テーマの
vertical-align: baseline＋top: -0.4em＋line-height: 0）はそのままです。引用の参照（.citation-reference）も同じ規則に入れています。脚注そのものの本文は #175 で 13px にしています。
