何が起きていたか
項目の中の段落の空きと、項目と項目の空きがどちらも 12px で、どこまでが1つの項目か区別が付きませんでした。テーマが
li > pの下に 12px、次の段落の上にも 12px を置いているためです。変更
空きは下だけで持ちます。 上下から挟むと大きいほうだけが効いて、4px が見えません（実際にこれで一度 12px のままになりました）。
項目の間を空けるのは、その箇条書きに2段落以上の項目があるときだけです（
