テーマの水色をブログのネイビーにし、visited / hover / focus も同じ色に する。行き先ではなく位置を指す印なので、訪問済みで色が変わると意味が 読めない。 キャプションのパーマリンク（コード181・画像18）は出さない。:name: を 書いていないので行き先が自動連番の id で、前に1つ増えると番号がずれる。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

見出しのアンカーの色を固定し、キャプションのアンカーは出さないようにします。
見出しのアンカー
テーマは水色（
#2980b9）で、押すと訪問済みの色に変わります。ブログと同じネイビー（#0a1461）にし、:visited/:hover/:focusも同じ色にします。これは「行き先」ではなくその見出しの位置を指す印なので、訪問済みで色が変わると意味が読めなくなります。ブログも4つの状態で同じ色です。
キャプションのアンカー
コードブロック 181 個・画像 18 個のキャプションに付いているパーマリンクを出さないようにします（
display: none）。リンク先が使い物になっていません。
:name:を1つも書いていないので id が#id11のような自動連番で、前にコードや図が1つ増えると番号がずれます。共有したリンクが別のブロックを指すので、アンカーとして働いていません。見出しのほうは#jestのように見出し名から作られるので安定しています。ブログも見出しにだけアンカーを置いています。
