[codex] Rename NetPulse to Marlin

What changed

• rename the macOS app, Swift package, executable, scripts, DMG artifacts, documentation, and release workflow from NetPulse to Marlin
• change the Bundle ID to com.ftpai.futeng.Marlin and bump the app version to 1.1.0
• make docs/images/netpulse-mascot.png the single source for the app icon, dashboard mark, and default animated menu bar sailfish
• add a deterministic brand-asset generation script
• migrate existing data by copying ~/Library/Application Support/NetPulse/ to Marlin/ on first launch
• continue accepting legacy NetPulse configuration exports and the netpulse://dashboard URL scheme
• leave the old application in place until the user verifies migration

Validation

• swift test --package-path Marlin --scratch-path /tmp/marlin-swift-test-build: 26 tests passed
• generated and verified Marlin-1.1.0-universal.dmg
• verified SHA-256, DMG integrity, ad-hoc signature, com.ftpai.futeng.Marlin, and arm64 + x86_64
• installed /Users/futeng/Applications/Marlin.app
• status bar self-check passed
• visually inspected the actual Marlin dashboard
• confirmed legacy targets and history were copied into the Marlin Application Support directory
