Keep this broad PR draft: complete optional-host/provider scope is unfinished.Shared SQLite ownership boundary: ordinary base transaction/shared application transaction refuses authority/effects-native-owned databases before callbacks/core; authority checkpoint-only transaction refuses an effects-owned root before execution. Partial/case-varied native schema markers fail closed. Native snapshots remain usable; ordinary reads through writer APIs intentionally refuse. Nine actual ownership regressions plus six case-name regressions failed before correction.
Exact current-head validation:277 affected tests and independent277 scoped review pass;693 unit tests (six PostgreSQL skips in the full unit run),1083 conformance tests and all62 actual committed-native-effects vectors under the mandatory configured authority/worker adapter pass. Dedicated PostgreSQL suite separately passed all6 tests against actual Cloud PostgreSQL. Ruff/91-file formatting/mypy39 pass. GitHub build/install3.11+3.13,unit,Python3.11 compatibility andPostgreSQL checks green; conformance jobs last observed running.

Earlier parent proofs are not needed to establish these current-head local gate results.Only the shared boundary slice is active; corresponding Rust correction has independent127/scoped review and remaining full/package/native-PG gates running. Ordered component steps/reviews are tracked in examples audit21, with separate optional timer/HTTP/archive/recovery/relocation rows. Preserve existing code/branches and reviewed checkpoints.
Remaining Python scope: actual native creation/external-admission with atomic checkpoint/journal/private request-first-response history, complete verified installation and source/fate/crash coverage, timer/archive/recovery/relocation integration, State-backed infrastructure example and final docs/manifest. No tags, publishing, release dispatch, deployment or force pushes.
