Recover complete original authority, worker adapter and package edits from retained coding-agent patches. Copy the six effect schemas from approved specification86bb88dd. Unfinished recovery checkpoint: effect implementation and adapter additions are truncated in the retained record and are not yet reconstructed. Integration with reviewed main and all validation/reviews remain; draft only.
Preserve merged runtime providers, projection preflight, bundled executable binding and permanent single-scope/native-provenance authority safeguards. Reconcile recovered worker participants with shared production profile composition. Mypy passes; effects bodies, full validation and independent review remain unfinished.
Preserve both original retained20000-character prefixes, reconstruct only missing tails from approved contracts and retained source observations, and reapply every complete effects implementation/adapter correction patch. Complete-file original bytes are not claimed recovered. Lint, formatting and mypy pass. Functional validation, authority integration fixes and independent review remain unfinished; draft only.
Add seven native regressions for crash recovery, replay, journal evidence and declared token mapping. Ruff and mypy pass. Unfinished checkpoint: worker authority profile and full effects conformance still require fixes and independent review.
Preserve other roots worker claims and project private provenance out of closed worker observations. Twenty-two focused native tests passed. Ruff, formatting and mypy now pass, correcting the ArtifactError import type-check failure reported after the preceding checkpoint was queued. Full effects validation and independent review remain unfinished.
Twelve native regressions, Ruff, formatting and mypy pass. Seed now rejects frozen/stale scopes and unissued claims; conformance setup explicitly installs pre-existing fixture authority facts. Full profile reached effects after authority passed, then exposed the corrected expired-worker case. Full validation and independent review remain unfinished.
Reject older zero-fence snapshots and removal of live issued claims. Fourteen native regressions, Ruff, formatting and mypy pass. All 43 effects-only diagnostic vectors passed at the prior checkpoint; final composed authority/effects run and independent review remain required.

Implements the unreleased 0.3.0 committed native-effects profile in one verified local SQLite checkpoint/journal/authority boundary. Producing transactions retain complete intents and pinned result routes before dispatch; authenticated outcomes, provider-verified deduplication evidence, original worker deadlines, durable result admission and saved producer replay fail closed when evidence is unavailable.
Validation at d72c62c: all seven CI jobs passed, including Python 3.11/3.13 conformance, PostgreSQL and clean wheel/sdist installations. Local full suite: 1,534 passed. Python 3.13 unit suite: 476 passed, six service-dependent skips covered by the full service suite. Final Python 3.13 composed profile passed all 43 committed native-effects production vectors under one configured host. Ruff, formatting and mypy passed. Independent holistic review returned LGTM at the exact head and independently passed all 102 effect tests.
Version-1 artifacts and numeric machine format 1 remain unchanged. No tags or publication. Closes #98.
