Completes the unreleased 0.3.0 catalog with seven independent applications covering all six approved integration categories. Describes the implemented public-v1 HTTP boundary and honest worker/connector limits, removes stale future-interface wording, records exact merged Python/Rust source pins and preserves publication hold. The independent MCP application now has its own distinct manifest identity.
Validation at 666f676: all seven candidate source/manifest/lock checks pass; all eight application machines use numeric format: 1. All eight GitHub checks pass. Independent final audit approved synchronized spec/conformance/engine 0.3.0, source closure, full manual evidence and capability claims, with no outstanding material findings. The final catalog and merged manual trees match their reviewed inputs.
No tag, package publication or deployment. Closes #21.
