Adds an independent no-code document workflow through the official public MCP SDK. Real stdio tools create/request/run/inspect remotely executed public-v1 workflows. The reference application manages its native connector and durable local outcomes; only declared digest/byte-count results enter portable state. Documentation includes no-code consumer configuration, exact retry identities and journal-aware debugging.
Validation at rebased d1278ee: five tests and Ruff pass, including actual MCP initialization/discovery/calls through the real HTTP host, committed intent before native work, conflicting command refusal and saved result reuse. All seven GitHub checks pass; independent exact-head review approved both corrections and rebase closure.
Application-managed means this reference application, with no claim that a private managed service or verified helper is available. All source/config/manifests/locks are folder-owned. No tag or publication. Closes #17.
