docs: fix A2 status — mark completed subtasks, correct wave status #98

• Check off A2.3 (theme colors) — actually implemented
• Check off A2.4a (plugin-lib extraction) — v0.2.0 published
• Change A2 wave status from "✅ Done" to "🔄 In Progress"
• Leave incomplete subtasks (A2.1, A2.2, A2.4b–i) unchecked

Update ROADMAP.md to mark A2.3 (theme colors via api.theme) and A2.4a (@four-bytes/opencode-plugin-lib) as completed, and set the A2 wave status to In Progress. Incomplete subtasks stay unchecked, and acceptance criteria now reflect removal of hardcoded colors.
