README polish: npm/license/bun badges + star CTA at bottom.

Summary by cubic

Polished the README with npm/license/Bun badges and a star CTA for @four-bytes/four-opencode-brain. Added a 10s per-file ingest timeout to prevent hangs on large repos.

  • Bug Fixes
    • Enforces a 10s timeout per file during ingest; long files are skipped instead of blocking.
    • On timeout, emits "ingest.file_timeout", records an error, increments processed count, and continues.

Written for commit aeb4e85. Summary will update on new commits.
