fix: emit initial status on init + remove duplicate home slot #102

Root Cause

After A2.1 event bus migration, the TUI showed a static pink dot with no text/version because initVersion never published an initial status event. The event bus replay mechanism had nothing to replay.

Also the brain bar appeared twice on home because both home_bottom and home_footer rendered the same centered bar.

Fix

1. initVersion() now calls write({ phase: 'init', statusText: 'initializing ...' }) — emits initial yellow-dot state to the event bus.
2. Removed redundant home_footer slot — keep only home_bottom for home screen.
