Fix invoice initialisation issue.
The invoice was initialised by direct Model of Magento\Sales\Model\Order\Invoice. This results to the object keeping some data between different loops. To properly resolve the issue the InvoiceFactory should be used in order to create a fresh invoice model in each loop
