Summary

Adds the full Agentic Readiness Guide: introduction, all module content (M1–M5), the 25 weighted audit rubrics, the SKILL.md, the CONTRIBUTING guide, LICENSE, and a Node-based validation workflow (scripts/validate.mjs + .github/workflows/validate.yml).

Notes

  • Preserves the existing pr-title-check.yml workflow on main.=
