MODINV-1410: Imported MARC Bib with 999ff (using "Modify action") is incorrectly linked to Instance

Purpose

Instance which was created from “.mrc” file which had 999ff by "Modify” (remove 999ff field) + create action is not linked to SRS record.

Approach

Previous values from the marc record were stored in the external_id and external_hrid fields of the records_lb table.
