Some devices using newer versions of android were returning
falseforcanSendeven though they definitely could send SMS. Further, becausesendSMScallscanSendinternally, it effectively meant the plugin did not work.Adding this intent to the AndroidManifest.xml for the app meant that
canSendreturnedtrueas expected.
