The package now supports Flow 8.3 (8.3.13 or later) and Flow 8.4 in addition to Flow 9, so applications which are not on Flow 9 yet can use the 5.0 release.

Flow 8.3 reads the Doctrine mapping of entities only from annotations, so the mapping of Authorization moves from PHP attributes back to docblock annotations. Flow 9 reads both. Flow releases before 8.3.13 are excluded, because they trigger deprecation notices on PHP 8.4 and later.

The CI matrix keeps the six jobs for lowest and highest dependencies on PHP 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5, which now resolve to Flow 8.3 and Flow 9. Six additional jobs cover Flow 8.4 with the highest and Flow 9.0 with the lowest dependencies.

The package now works with Flow 8.3 (8.3.13 or later) and Flow 8.4 in
addition to Flow 9. CI also tests the highest dependencies with Flow 8.4
and the lowest dependencies with Flow 9.0.

Flow 8.3 reads the Doctrine mapping of entities only from annotations.
The mapping of Authorization therefore moves from PHP attributes back
to docblock annotations, which Flow 9 reads as well. Flow releases
before 8.3.13 trigger deprecation notices on PHP 8.4 and later, so they
are excluded.

With the wider constraint, the lowest dependencies resolve to Flow 8.3
and the highest to Flow 9. The additional jobs keep Flow 9.0 and
Flow 8.4 covered.
