We have to include a section about deprecating the usage of the Cyrillic alphabet and only enforcing the Latin alphabet script. Any thoughts on this? |

Kiril alifbosini “deprecate” qilishga qoʻshilaman lekin shu narsalar RFCʼga yozilishi kerakmikan bilmayman. RFC - inglizcha @lambdajon fikrlar? |

@bahrom04 rfc inglizcha qoladi. O'zbekcha tarjimasida esa albatta faqat lotincha chiqadi. Krilcha alifboda qilishdan ma'no ko'rmayabman. |
Baribir ishonch uchun RFC ga yozib ketavergani ham ma'qul, shunda bizda qog'oziy tasdiq bo'ladi keyin safargi ikkalanishlarda. Hamda, Menga @bahrom04 va @lambdajon keltirgan variantlar yoqdi. Shularga ovozimni beraman. |

This pull request introduces a new community guideline that establishes Uzbek as the primary language for all formal communication within the FLOSS Uzbekistan community. This guideline, with a severity of MUST, aims to foster a more inclusive and accessible environment for local developers and strengthen the Uzbek IT ecosystem.
While English is a global standard, our core mission is to serve the Uzbek developer community. Adopting Uzbek as our primary language will make it easier for new members to participate, contribute, and feel a sense of ownership. This change will ensure that our community is truly built by and for Uzbek developers.
Please review the proposed guideline and provide feedback. Discuss the unresolved questions, particularly regarding non-Uzbek speaking contributors and the standardization of technical terms.
