Twelve commits since 0.2.0, mostly the launch-blocker sweep on the Markdown write path. Minor bump rather than patch: synthesized task IDs now come from one derivation, so IDs change for titles with inline labels or punctuation.

Cuts 0.3.0. Twelve commits have landed since
v0.2.0(e52c355), and the[Unreleased]changelog section was empty, so tagging without this wouldpublish a release with no notes —
release.ymltakes them from the matchingCHANGELOG.mdsection.[workspace.package] versionto0.3.0and refreshesCargo.lock## [0.3.0] - 2026-08-09section and its link referencesWhy minor, not patch
lash addand the parser now share one ID derivation, so synthesized taskIDs change for titles containing inline labels or punctuation inside a word.
Tasks carrying an explicit
@id:are unaffected. Under the changelog's own"minor bumps may contain breaking changes while major is 0" rule, that belongs
in a minor bump. The changelog entry tells upgraders to run
lash check-links.What's in it
Mostly the launch-blocker sweep on the Markdown write path —
lash addandlash formatboth regenerated Markdown from a parsed model that did not carryeverything the source did. Several of the fixes address silent data loss that
exited 0:
lash formatdeleted every section it does not model,## Notesand## Referencesincluded (Stop lash format deleting sections and duplicating labels #44)lash formatappended a duplicate copy of every inline label per run, soformat --checknever came back clean (Stop lash format deleting sections and duplicating labels #44)lash addspliced into the preceding annotation block, truncating multi-line@agent-notevalues on the next reindex (Fix lash add splicing into a preceding multi-line annotation #33, Keep multi-line agent notes intact through emit and parse #40)lash addinto an empty## Taskssection prepended above the H1, where theparser never saw it — written to disk, invisible to
lash index, lint passed(Stop lash add prepending above the H1 when the Tasks section is empty #36)
lash addovercounted the block and landed tasks under a following## Notessection (Count annotation lines from the source, not from parsed metadata #43)
lash addprinted an ID different from the one the index stored (Report the task ID the index will actually store #41)~/.lash/config.toml(Stop the user-config tests writing to the real home directory #34)Plus one feature: the watcher channel is bounded at 256 with a full-reload
overflow path, so a branch switch reloads once instead of queueing thousands of
individual reindexes (#42).
Dev-tooling fixes (#35 flawd config, #38 macOS watcher flake, #45 activity-bar
tests) are deliberately left out of the changelog; they are in the commit
history and
