…t inventory, orphan assets Every fix verified against live 1.2.0 help and source. The three guide pages pinned shadow-v1.0.1, a tag that never existed. Grok (a sealed host since #488) was missing from seven prose sites, the doctor help, install lists, and the config table. The lint inventory named PROOF-SECRET (real name PLAN-SECRET) and omitted twelve real checks including blocking PROOF-ARGV0. The accept --repo rule, the 262144 refusal paths and three remedies, archive eligibility, and the amplify skill were undocumented. Two orphaned PNGs from #262/#263 deleted (board-phone.png shipped in the artifact with zero references; brief-decision.png was flagged in #494 and its blocker cleared in #495) with brief-decision's gitattributes line; the shadow-brief.py tombstone stays. shadow_version.py joins REQUIRED_FILES (browser/server.py imports it; the contract never asserted it). Two stale strings fixed in bin/shadow help itself where the docs were right. Contract gauntlet 49/49.
