When a daily refresh uses an incremental scope, this turns global reconciliation stats from every OpenCode session into rejections before map_daily filters records to the requested date range. If an old out-of-scope session has a deferred live row or counter regression, today's otherwise clean daily import is marked partial; if there are no in-scope candidates, CollectionResult::daily rejects the result as AllRecordsRejected, failing the refresh. Please derive the daily rejections from the records that survive the daily scope filter, or suppress out-of-scope session stats for scoped daily requests.
