Currently feed speeds stick per application level.
I think this would be better as a file level preference. If I am running through a soft maple wood I sometimes bump the speeds up to get through it a little faster. The next time I open a new file those speeds stick with the new file. It's ultimately better to write correct g-code with proper speeds we should honor those speeds unless overridden purposely.
Thanks,
Mark
