Fix Svelte diagnostics in homepage sections

• add TypeScript annotations to homepage Experience and Now sections
• normalize the gstatic preconnect crossorigin attribute for Svelte
• update the Zuck Hunt image alt copy and format touched Svelte files with Prettier
