Upgrade all five Go modules (core, connectors, api, service, sdk/go) from v1.6.1 to v1.7.0, which adds support for the 2026-07-28 MCP protocol revision (stateless HTTP). No code changes required: the /mcp handler already runs with Stateless: true, so the new protocol version becomes negotiable automatically; older clients keep negotiating 2025-11-25. None of the features deprecated by SEP-2577 (roots, sampling, logging) are used anywhere in the codebase.
