How To Install patch on jailbroken iphone. 

$wget https://github.com/feliam/CVE-2014-4377-Fix/blob/master/com.binamuse.cve-2014-4377-extra_0.0.1-10_iphoneos-arm.deb
$scp com.binamuse.cve-2014-4377-extra_0.0.1-2_iphoneos-arm.deb IPHONEIP:/var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall

If folder doesn't exist, create them. 
Then reboot like 10 times, and check the tweak got into cydia gui.
